GRFS: DAY 19

ICANDI Studio Photoshoot @ Amazing Grace Christian School [10:30AM-2PM]

SLEEP: 5 hours

DAY OF QUITTING: TWENTY THREE (27).

NUTRITION:
9AM: a bowl of my leftover "I-don't-know-what-to-call-noodle", nescafe's coffee

11AM-230PM: Planeter's mixed nuts, (20oz? I forgot) Propel water

415PM: Applebee's half size California Shrimp Salad (Succulent grilled shrimp, avocado, crispy bacon, black olives, hard-boiled eggs and grape tomatoes all on Bibb lettuce. Tossed with a creamy avocado dressing for a great finish), Bahama Mama (Malibu Coconut rum, crème de banana liqueur, pineapple juice, orange juice and grenadine), and some nanchos.

620: some shrimp chicharon from the Philippines my best friend made.

11PM-130AM (@Baltic): Heineken, one shot of washington apple, 3/4 long island- it was too strong, couldn't finish it. ha!.

230AM: 3/4 New York Style Hotdog (dammmnn!)

FEELING:
I was assisting ICANDI Studio on their photoshoot for Amazing Grace's school picture for 5 hours, so that was a little work out already. I wanted to work out at the park right after cause it was sunny but I ended up at my bestfriend's house... laying down on her bed watching tv cause she wasn't feeling good. It's alright, sweat was out during my time at Baltic. ICK!
