BW: Still not sure... I still I'm still around 147? Maybe...
SLEEP: 11 hours! (woke up around 9am, went back to sleep around 10 for 2 more hours. I must've been tired!)
DAY OF QUITTING: NINE(2).
NUTRITION:
1:30PM: (brunch time) turkey sandwich (2 wheat bread - toasted!, spread it with a little mayo, 2 Fresh Deli's smoked shaved turkey, and one American Fat Free cheese), 2 handfuls of grapes, and a cup of apple juice.
4:45PM: (pre-workout) a handful a mixed nuts (Cashew & Salted Peanuts) with 16 oz. oh water
7:30PM: Italian salad with 2 boiled eggs, a dash of lighty seasoned crutons and O's Ceasar salad dressing.
10:30PM: half a handful of mix peanuts & about 12 oz of water. (nibbling while I picked up my mom. HUNGRYYY!)

rest the exact amount of time you are up
SCORE: 1:15, :54, 1:13
* Remember you are going against the clock with the best form possible. This means you start the clock and then do 50 lunges, 50 situps, 40 lunges, 40 situps, etc until 10 lunges and 10 situps then you stop the clock. Record your time!
FEELING:
2PM: Still finishing my food while watching tv. I feel great. I guess that 11 hours of sleep is needed. I don't feel as grumpy and sore as I was last night. I'll probably just do stay at home today and do my WOD at home... just to save gas.... going up north for the past 2 days now, is a killer!
9:30PM: My time sucks. I was aiming for less than 6 or 7 mins for my WOD but instead I got 10 mins. I guess my soreness has an effect on this? Eh, whatever it is... I need to work on that. Also on my planks too. Warms up included: Stretching, 10 dips, 15 squats, 10 SLOWWWWW burpees. I will get this right! So far so good. Food wise, I'm sort of getting use to it. I don't really eat candy so craving hasn't been THAT bad. I haven't eaten rice for I think 4-5 days now? Been drinking a lot of water instead of coffee everyday. Compare to BEFORE -- rice, fried chicken, coffee. I'm getting use to not depend so much in coffee and cigs in the morning (9 days!) whooohoo! No cravings.... just yet *scrosses fingers*.
