SLEEP: 4 hours (bleh!)

NUTRITION:
9:30AM: a bowl of Cherrios cereal, 3 scramble eggs and half a cup of Odwalla's Orange Juice.
2:30PM: Couple of mix nuts (roaster cashew & salter peanuts) & beef jerkey - munching while driving/stuck in traffic.
3:30PM: An apple

4:30PM-6:30PM: nibbling on the mixed nuts & beef jerkey before and after SAYAW.
9:30AM-7PM: 48 oz of water. drank different times.

8PM: A bowl of soap: chicken, cabbage, red peppers, sweet potatoes.
Half a cup of apple juice.
11:30PM: a cup of milk
W.O.D:

FEELING:
I am sore. I did the WOD before SAYAW and it was pain but it feels good. HAHA. I am more tired today because I only had 4 hours of sleep (due to I needed to do some research for an interview. Yeah, I only had a day to look through it). I just hope I'll be a little more refresh tomorrow and still be able to work out. The push ups, I know I need work on. Baby steps, right? It was fine until about 10 on the first round. I'm listening to the Biggest Loser and it's motivating me even more! I feel great! Minus the soreness, of course... Discomfort will eventually change :)
