DAY OF QUITTING: TEN(9).
NUTRITION:
1:00PM: 3 scramble eggs mixed in with 3 shaved turkey, some grapes, and coffee
4:30PM: a handful of grapes
8:45PM: 1 string cheese
9:00PM: half size grilled chicken ceasar salad from Applebees: Juicy grilled chicken breast atop a bed of crisp romaine lettuce tossed in our garlic Caesar dressing. Topped with challah croutons and shaved Parmesan cheese.
12:30PM: 16oz of water & a sample (meaning half a bowl) of my cooking: ground beef with cabbage, romaine lettuce, baby bokchoy, sweet potato, & carrots.

INTRUCTION [April 27]:
Warm-up with some sort of metabolic conditioning (aka "cardio): run, row, bike, swim, jump rope, step, whatever! Get a good pace going and go until you're slightly out of breath. This should take anywhere from 1-3 minutes. Then 10-15 reps of squats, situps, back extensions/supermans, pushups or dips, pullups each. Follow that with a 15 second stretch called the Samson Stretch. Repeat this sequence sans "cardio" three times.
= walk/jog for about 2 mins. 10 squats, 10 pushups, 10 sit ups, 10 dips.

as many rounds as possible in 10 min of:
5 dips [instead of 5 pullups]
10 pushups
15 squats
= 5 rounds in 10 mins and 30 walking lunges after.
FEELING:
I was pretty emo today... and now I know why. DAMN. I ate at the wrong times. Something was just off. I couldn't find any park that has bars to do pulls up and when I did, it was already 8pm and it was cold! I tried and miserably failed. And I didn't think it was a good idea to do the WOD with dips and pushups right next to one another. My arms was sore! I should've done situps instead... I could've done more rounds.
Dang... I forgot the finisher. I guess I'll go to that park again and do this WOD again. hmm.
