GRFS: DAY 9

BW: ?

SLEEP: 10 hours (Woke up after 8 hours of sleep but feel asleep again for 2 more hours after 30 mins of watching TFC)

DAY OF QUITTING: FOURTEEN(9).

NUTRITION:
1:00PM: a bowl of ground beef with cabbage, romaine lettuce, baby bokchoy, sweet potato, & carrots. some grapes. 16oz of water.

4:30PM: one string cheese, 20 oz of water.

5:30PM: some Planter's mixed nuts (cashew, almonds, pecan, brazil nuts, macadamia) & some water - while driving from my house to UW.

7:30PM: some Planter's mixed nuts (cashew, almonds, pecan, brazil nuts, macadamia) & some water - FILNIGHT Rehearsal.

10:30PM: a cup of rice, my mom's mongo (my sister said it's called "mang beans"? it has some malungay plants and some small fishes. HAHA), one mango and about 16oz water. - I know it was not a good idea to eat this late but I was hungry when I got home from the rehearsal!


W.O.D:
WARM UP -> 15 squats, 15 sit ups, 10 push ups, 15 jumping jacks, samson stretch.

burpees, for time.

FEELING:
Today was bleh. I kind of quit after 10 squats but after 5 min of rest, I did it again and pushed through. I was tired today. I hate having the time of the month. (Opps. sorry you had to read that. HA!). Sucks I'm not sure when I could go to CrossFit work out this week due to Filipino Night rehearsal since it's everyday 6-10pm. Bleh.
