This week wasn't as bad as I thought. Intense, YES. I was sore at last half of the week... especially trying to get back to SAYAW too (a week and a half before Filipino Night. HA!). Part of me, wish I didn't because of the Passion/Gabe Bondoc/Lorenzo Tautua (*GASP!) show on May 2nd @ Harambee - also the same night for my nephew's birthday party at our house & the Pacquio fight. GRRR. Okey, hella tangent.
Anyways, the workouts... like I said, intense but overall feels really good after. My form for squats are getting better and doesn't really hurt as much when I do it. My form for the db swings needs work on, I'm sure. This week, I'm hoping to work with my sit ups. Gotta work on that stomach area. Might even put on some time go around the trail @ Seward Park (but we'll see about that... Filipino Night Rehearsal all week). EH. [went to 2 out of 6 times I worked out]
Nutrition... I've definitely change my eating habits. I know I still need work on it because I'm still not use to the "no taste" kind of food but I hope I'll get there. I use to really not eat salad or peanuts, so that's a start... I've stayed away from rice for 5 days, pork, or the "bad stuff" around my house. Also, WATER! Good thing I gave away pork & soda/pop for lent, so that help.
My failed part. My "cheat day" turned to 3 days. Although, I didn't really "BINGE", I was aware what I was eating and limited myself to it... I still felt bad. This is what I get from not going grocery shopping yesterday.
