What are your goals? What are you really trying to accomplish for these 6 weeks? What are you trying to accomplish for 2009? Be as detailed as possible because you're going to share with me this coming week!
1. What are your goals? My goals essentially is to lose weight and be active/healthy. I had my annual on January and my doctor told me by BMI was pretty high... Which right now, it's at 28.5kg/m2. I'm not obese and I don't want to go there. I don't want to have a heart attack sooner. Oh, Filipinos.
2. What are you really trying to accomplish for these 6 weeks? These 6 weeks are pretty much my stepping stone. Besides being in JV Tennis back in high school, I've never really had a workout regimen. And, jogging/walking around the trail on a park or trying to do a workout routine on my own is getting boring. I lack motivation, so when the challenge was mentioned... I thought it would be great to have a group of people doing the same thing I do so I won't be as alone :)
3. What are you trying to accomplish for 2009? What I want really is to be all "sexified." Yeah, I know the beauty is within but it wouldn't hurt if the outside shines too, right? HAHAHA. Really, I want this year to be a "progress for a better Mary" year. Realistically, I want to lose as much pounds as I can. Not totally looking like a "stick." Maybe get down to around 120? or even lower. Also, get use to living a lifestyle that is healthy and subconscious about my health. Totally possible, right?
