3:15pm: 3 scrambled eggs with 'Chicken in sea' tuna, 1 wheat bread, Lucerne's Light Yogurt - Peach, 16oz of Odwalla's Orange Juice.
5:30PM: 1 string cheese
7:10PM: a bowl of my "I-don't-know-what-to-call-noodle" (LOL), Hawaiin Sun's Mango-Orange Drink
11AM: a banana (while I'm typing this. LOL)

FEELING:
I wanted to stepped it up to do the intermediate: 100 but my for some reason, I just couldn't. I did beat my score from day 9 (8:19) so that's a good sign, yeah? This week is just bad though. Haven't gone up to Greenlake for the park work outs. Sucks to be living down south. Gotta stay up with the game. I should write down my game plan for next week so I'm not as blind, so to speak. I'm helping out ICANDI Studios for a photo shoot tomorrow, so that should be fun.
