SLEEP: 10 hours (after 9 hours... I took an hour nap AFTER 1 hour I woke up...)
DAY OF QUITTING: TWENTY ONE (21).
NUTRITION:
3pm: 3 scrambled eggs with 'Chicken in sea' tuna, 2 wheat bread, coffee, half an orange
5:45PM: water & my cooking I called "IDK-what-to-call-noodle" [which is: bean thread/noodles, chicken breast, carrots, baby bokchoy with a little bit of caggage & romaine lettuce, crushed pineapple... with extra virgin oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, salt & pepper to the flavoring)
8PM: 32oz of water & string cheese (post work out)
10:30PM: sm bowl with my "IDK-what-to-call-noodle" & water
12AM: Starbuck's Dry Roasted Cashew (3oz)

Tried to stepped it up again and did the Intermediate:
as many rds as possible for 10 min:
5 burpees
10 pushups
15 squats
= 5 rounds
Also...
DB Swings. As many in 10 mins with 10 lbs (It's the only weight that I have at home)
= 178
FEELING:
Stayed home the whole day today because I was not feeling very good. Didn't even get up in my bed till around 2pm. Yeahhh. Took some allergy medicine around 5 or 6ish pm and felt a little better. I ended up just watching tv and cooking.. and did the work out around 7pm. My arms were a little sore but not in pain. I still hate burpees >.< Sucks I could've only done 5 rounds in 10 mins. Again, a lot of rest time :( The DB swings wasn't as bad because it was only 10 lbs. I just wanted to added it in to work more on my upper strength which was my goal last week. Hooray for doing the push ups the "honest" way though.
