130PM: leftover galore - "I-don't-know-what-to-call-noodle", 2 sm lechon, veggies, water

4-5PM: 16oz of water
6-7PM: a bowl of veggies, 12oz budweiswer, couple of shrimp chicharon from Philippines (badddd choice!)
815PM: gulaman (while playing BINGO with family. haha)
9:30PM: one hawaiin pizza

Making up.

* Jog/walk 3.2 miles around the trail @ Seward Park. = 30-35mins
* 4 rounds of 5 pushups, 10 situps, 15 squats for time. = 5:41
FEELING:
I'm feeling alright. Food intake is definitely not. I need to stop having 3 cheat days. WTH. Definitely gonna try to go to the park workout next week. Last week was a FAIL.... I have new motivation.. my sisters & I are having a bet. Whoever loses the most pounds during the end of a month (=every 4weeks) wins... $5 "buy in"... So, here we go! Danggg... it's the start of 4 weeks already?
