1. I felt like I didn't do a whole lot last week. Stupid rain & being sick.
2. New motivation = sisters friendly competition at home, a la "the biggest loser." HAHA.
3. I need to stop having 3 cheat days. SHIT.
4. I want to look into this thing I found at Mark Sisson's Daily Apple about Intermittent Fasting . THEN....I googled it and got me to SpotlightHealth. I kind of want to try this week.

GOAL: to lose about 3-5 pounds.
