GRFS: DAY 22

SLEEP: 9 hours

DAY OF QUITTING: TWENTY SIX(30).

NUTRITION:
130PM: a bowl of my leftover "I-don't-know-what-to-call-noodle" & coffee

430PM: one string cheese

500PM: Planter's nuts

7-10PM: Vitamin water

12AM: a glass of milk

4 rds of 400 yards, 25 squats; for time.

FEELING:
8PM: I wanted to go to the new box to work out but my brother friend called me and needed my help. His car got towed and needed me to pick him up. So after I dropped him off home I went to FHS's track & field and did my own WOD (which was originally done during PNI's Literacy Lap), except I did 25 squats. During the time, I forgot how many squats we did during Literacy Laps so I just decided on 25. I know I should've challenge myself but it got freaking cold. And for some reason, my leg was cramping... WTH!

12AM: I definitely needs to step it up. I try to do IF today (only having food between 12pm-6pm)... which wasn't as bad as I thought. I wake up pretty late; 12ish more of the time. F being unemployed :( Although I was really hungry by 11pm, a glass of milk by 12am kind of help.

PS... I just realize I haven't send Dru my "before" picture. (Dru, do you want in through email?)
