GRFS: DAY 26

SLEEP: 7 hours

NUTRITION:
1245PM: 7 sm lumpia, Ovaltine drink, grapes

450PM: "Nutristar" (it's some sm chips that's from the Philipppines)

7PM: Ninja Turtle creamsicle (from Golden Garden ice cream stand. Thanks, TITA!)

830PM: burger with cheddar cheese with half a bun, 3 spoon/scoop of mac salad, water, 2 sm yellow cupcake (w/o frosting)

1236AM: Ovaltine.

FEELING:
I wanted to workout with Pao, Andrew, AnnMarie, Willie, & Chris @ Golden Gardens before the bonfire but I didn't have a sports bra on nor my shoes/socks. So, I was the time keeper instead. Today was a cheat day, so I didn't feel TOO bad about the creamsicle (it was Ninja Turtle! LOL).
