930PM: (Happy Hour @ Ohana's with Sharla): 6 salmon skin roll, 2 beef skewers, 3 pork gyoza, 1 Belltown roll (salmon, avocado, cucumber), glass of water, and few sips of Sharla's Blue Hawaiin drink.
S.O.D:
Deadlifts- sets of 3. Winnie, Sharla, and I got around to 6-7 rounds, I think. We started with 20 kgs and went up to 40 kgs, I think.
FEELING:
I didn't even eat enough. That's what I get from waking up at noon and going to FASA meeting. The S.O.D. worked out my back shoulders though. Nice!
