WEEK 4 REFLECTION

WOW, do we really have 2 more weeks left of this challenge? Have I seen changes yet? YES. Not MAJOR changes like "The Biggest Loser" change but we'll get there eventually, right? I went to this challenge so I can start getting active. So far, so good. There was definitely days where I feel incomplete without working out. LOL. And THEN, my food intake has change too. I'm definitely more aware of what I'm feeding myself now.

I wanted to go to the NW Qualifier but the day was so busy. I had to be at Lynwood with the family. SIGH.

I need to have more set meals. More veggies?

I'm not sure if I lost that 3-5 pounds I wanted though.
