I'm sorry I neglected you. I was doing so good but... since May, everyday has been pretty hectic. Regardless, I did went through the challenge but it will never end. After being introduce to CrossFit, my habits have been changed. I'm eating healthy more and feel bad if I'm at the box. I may fell into few cracks at times but at least I'm aware that I can't overdue it like I had in the pass.
Everyone around me has been saying how I look different and it flatters me that my hard work is paying off. I may have long ways to go but I always have forever to keep working on it, as long as I have the FOUNDATION I need to keep me motivated. To let me stay away from sickness, able to not use a crane or a walker while my grandkids are helping me every step of my way, and/or to live as long as I can to meet my grandkids get married and have kids. I know I got some few addictions that I need to completely get over but I'm working on it... ehh...
