NUTRITION:
1230 : 1 cup of soy milk, chicken, 1 apple

1615: mixed nuts, water

2115: 1 string cheese, water

2245: romaine/red lettuce with croutons & ceasar salad dressing, 4 shrimp, chicken, grapes, water


W.O.D:

1730 @ the box: "warm up" lesson

2000 @ Coleman/Mt. Baker Park: about a 3 mi jog/walk (31:01)

2145 @ home: 50 push ups, 50 sit ups, 50 squats (10:03)

FEELING:
I felt a little more motivated to do something more after my time at the box... so I went to the park & did more stuff. Alright!
