SLEEP: 7.5 hhrs (4am-11:30am). UGH! I need to learn how to sleep early.
DAY OF QUITTING: Seven (2).
NUTRITION:
12PM: a bowl of Cherrios cereal
2:30PM: 32oz of water
3:30PM: Fresh Express' Italian Salad mixed with O's ceasar dressing, lightly season crutons, a dash of parmesan cheese, 2 boiled eggs. (*picture below).
4:30-7PM: 32 oz of water
11PM: a bowl of peas, two corn tortillas with some veggie/shredded beef mix my mom made, and a half cup of SunnyD.
12AM: a glass of milk
W.O.D:
@Greenlake -> 50-30-30-10 Lunges, Dips; for time. [Mary 5:11]
Finisher was Tabata Squats (ouch!). [Mary 11]
FEELING:
Today was pretty successful. I wasn't late this time. HA! My arms and legs are sore but not entirely in pain. Maybe I'll feel it more tomorrow? OR I've been kind of doing my own workout that the I'm getting use to the soreness? OR... I don't know. I am tired as hell though. Wanted to blog earlier but little brother was using the laptop. Anyways, I'm feeling pretty good. I know I still need to work on my eating habits. I did picked up some grocery after the workout and before I pick up my mom (no wonder I forgot to eat dinner)... picked up some nuts, beef jerky, salad, grapes, apples, pineapple tidbits... whoohoo! I still gotta look up recipes though. Which I should look up some right now. I'm pretty tired and have an interview tomorrow morning. WEE.
