I still need to look into what kind food I'm gonna eat. Or get recipes for the food I should be making. I've looked over ZONE but not really PALEO. First workout of Greenlake tomorrow, or a little later. So, this should be interesting.
Note to self. I got nosy and looked through Tita's, Pao's and even Andrew's (HI! :)) on how to format this thing. So, starting tomorrow... format as follows:
BW (body weight), Nutrition, W.O.D (Workout of the day), Day of Quitting (time to ban off my cig habit), Feeling.
Crap, I should be sleeping now huh? But before that...
