GRFS: DAY 5

BW: 146?! No idea.

SLEEP:
9 hours

DAY OF QUITTING: ELEVEN(5). ---- damn, that alcohol.

NUTRITION: "Cheat Day"
10:30AM: 3 eggs & 3 bacon, some rice, milo.

3PM: a bowl of chicken brest with cabbage, sweet potato, brocoli, and spices in there. and also, apple juice.

5:30PM: a cup of vanila ice cream (my nephew and I was bonding outside. lol)

6PM: some of my mixed nuts while watching a movie/post workout

8PM: a bowl of the chicken with veggie I made earlier (3pm).

10PM-3AM: @BALTIC. two drinks and sips from other peoples' drink. Post Baltic. HotDog stand near WARROOM (helllla bomb!)

FEELING:

So far, so good. My thighs didn't hurt as much doing the squats. Me wearing heels at Baltic didn't really help though. I was worked! HAHA. I felt like I ate too much. Yeah, I know... "cheat day." Whatever, I guess. Good thing I didn't really eat a whole hotdog cause that would've toped it off, in a bad way. Jay Parales couldn't finished his, so he gave it to me. LOL.
