SLEEP: 8 hours
DAY OF QUITTING: TWELVE (5).
NUTRITION: "Cheat Day"
12:30PM: Some rice, 3 boiled eggs, 1 spam, coffee
1-4PM: (@Literacy Laps) Some fruits, water, & gatoride.
4:30PM: Mixed nuts & gatoride for post workout
8:00PM: Leftover chicken with veggie I made yesterday (with cabbage, broccoli, sweet potato), a cup of apple juice, & 8oz of Dole's crushed pineapple.
11:00PM an apple shared my nephews... so I don't really know how MUCH I had. lol.

FEELING:
6th day of working out... again, so far so good. I'm not dying. HAHAA. Just kiddinggg. I feel good actually. I should really still work on my running or something. Due to my broken lungs (stupid cigarettes) and boobs (haha. sorry, you gotta read that), running hasn't really my forte. It's just really hard for me to breath and keep my back straight while running. No wonder I never did tinikling (FML).
Anyways, today was fun. I wish I would've taken more fruits. LOL. hmm.... I'm sure in time... some of these things will change. Ok, off to watching HAMLET 2!
