GRFS: DAY 7

BW: ?

SLEEP: 6 hours

DAY OF QUITTING: THIRTEEN(6).

NUTRITION:
1:30AM: A glass of milk with a little bit of milo.

12PM: (After church, @Inay's Kitchen) - some rice, beef tinola, half a bbq, mango iced tea.

2:30PM: (@Bobachine, Downtown Westlake) - a "gourmet" vanilla ice cream with single waffle cone.

6PM: Turkey sandwich (2 wheat bread, 2 shaved turkey, american cheese, mayo) - I was hungryyy!

8PM: A piece of porkchop and some water

11:30pm: a piece of ice cream cake (jamoca?)

FEELING:
12PM: I know it's not my "cheat day" but my whole family went to Inay's after church and I was super hungry so I just ate what they bought. At least, I didn't eat that much rice nor I choose to eat beef tinola than pinakbet or whatever else we had.

2:30PM: Another fail, I know. It was my nephew's birthday & we all went to downtown. My sister bought us ice cream... and before I could say no, she bought it for us already.

9:30PM: I am tired AND why am I getting sick? UGH!
