12PM (brunch): my mixed cooking [ground beef with cabbage, romaine lettuce, baby bokchoy, & carrots]
3:30PM: Planter's mixed nuts (cashew, almonds, pecan, brazil nuts, macadamia), jerky & water
4:30PM: 1 string cheese
11PM: a cup of rice, salmon, water (*bad I know but I was hungryyy... long day!)

FEELING:
The WOD was tiring! I was physically ok but I was hungry. It didn't help that I had to go back to UW after the park workout for Filipino Night rehearsal till 10PM and went home around 11.
