GRFS: DAY 12

BW: ?

SLEEP: 11 hours of sleep! (tired, I tell ya!)

DAY OF QUITTING: SIXTEEN(15).

NUTRITION:
12:30PM: turkey sandwich (wheat bread, mayo, 2 shaved turkey, 1 slice of swiss cheese), 1 boiled egg, orange, 16oz of Ovaltine chocolate milk

2PM: 2 scoops of chocolate ice cream

4-10PM: Planter's mixed nuts (cashew, almonds, pecan, brazil nuts, macadamia), beef jerky, & water [snacks between FilNight rehearsal]

9PM: 1 string cheese

11PM: one burger (beef pattie and bun), 1 genuine beer, palm size salmon, half a cup of rice, pork skewer

"Tabata FilNight" haha. Didn't have time to work out :(

FEELING:

I felt guilty not eating "right" and eating at 11pm... but it was my friend's baby shower (which I came late because of rehearsal). Overall feeling for that day, tired from FilNight rehearsal.
