GRFS: DAY 13

BW: ?

SLEEP: 7.5 hours

DAY OF QUITTING: SEVENTEEN (15).

NUTRITION:
1pm: rice, a bowl of my leftover (ground beef with cabbage, romaine lettuce, baby bokchoy, & carrots), nescafe coffee with creme no sugar.

3:30PM: turkey sandwich (2 wheat breads, mayo, shaved turkey, 1 swiss cheese) & water

7PM: 1 licorice, 1 oz of doritos

8PM: a banana

10:15PM: a cup size of rice, salmon, about 3/4 oz beef steak, a small slice of flancake, a small piece of chocolate cake, 16 oz of Crush orange soda

12AM: one bottle of Corona

FILIPINO NIGHT, day 1... is quite a work out already. HAHA.

FEELING:
Again, felt guilty on what I had after the show but it there was a party at my house and sooo many food and I was hungryy! I know, I know... excuses... :(
