GRFS: DAY 14

BW: ?

SLEEP: 7 hours (went to bed @ 2/3am... woke up around 6 to drop off my uncle & auntie @ the airport (3hrs) // then, another 4 mors hrs after I got home).

DAY OF QUITTING: EIGHTEEN(18).

NUTRITION:
7AM: Starbuck's tall hot chocolate

12PM: turkey sandwich (2 wheat breads, mayo, shaved turkey, 1 swiss cheese) & 16oz of milk

1:30PM: one string cheese

3PM: Planter's mixed nuts (cashew, almonds, pecan, brazil nuts, macadamia), beef jerky, & water

7PM: Famous Dave's Smoked Salmon Spread and one long island

FEELING:
Felt super guilty of not working out and cheated at Famous Dave's. DANG.
