GRFS: DAY 15

BW: 140

SLEEP: 10 hrs

DAY OF QUITTING: NINETEEN(18?).

NUTRITION:
12:15PM: turkey sandwich (2 wheat breads, mayo, shaved turkey, 1 swiss cheese), peach yogurt, 16 oz milk

4PM: one brae apple & coffee

5PM: 1 1/2 roasted seaweed

6:30PM: some rice, smilk fish, small piece of friend prok (bleh!), pineapple juice

9PM: 20oz of water


W.O.D:
@Gretchen's, 9PM while watching One Tree Hill. LOL.

I wanted to challenge myself so I went for:
Intermediate - as many squats as possible in 10 minutes.
= 200

For time:
30 situps - 2:08
30 pushups - 2: 14


FEELING:
I wanted to do the park out but it was raining and my best friend wanted to spend time with me because I have gone to see her since she got back last week. So, I just ended up working out at her place while watchin One Tree Hill. It doesn't hurt (as much) anymore after I work out so, that's a good sign yeah?
