BW: 140? (I weighed myself yesterday @ my friend's house.. and I'm guessing it's still the same)
SLEEP: 6 hours
DAY OF QUITTING: TWENTY (20).
NUTRITION:
12PM: turkey sandwich (2 wheat breads, mayo, shaved turkey, 1 swiss cheese), coffee
4PM: salad (romaine lettuce, ceasar dressing, croutons, 3 boiled eggs), water
8PM: 2 small scoop of ice cream, 2 chicken wing/1 catfish (my mom's tinola), mango shake that I made...which I shared with my nephews LOL (mango, ice, milk, small dose of sugar)
11-12: 32oz of water
W.O.D:

20 pushups, 1 situp
19 pushups, 2 situps
18 pushups, 3 situps

FEELING:
6:30PM: I need to stop making excuses.... I was gonna go to the park out but the weather was creeping me out and my allergies was not having it. and THEN, comes 6pm.. it's sunny. STUPID. I'm such a wuss.
12AM: Damn, this work out is crucial! It was already 11pm when I did this WOD cause I got so busy on what I needed to do which was kind of a bad idea. FAIL. Bleh. I probably rested like 5-10 mins during this work out too which was another FAIL.
