1. It was a tab bit of a fail. Sucks to blame it on.... FILNIGHT. Ok, not really. 'Twas fun.
2. Worked out 4 out of 7 days. 1 being the park work out. BUT rehearsals and the show itself was a work out. My thighs aren't as sore anymore, yay! But in that 4 work out days was totally working out my upper body. Doing push ups were a killer. The thurs park out with 120 burpees was just the cherry (wee. bleh. haha.) Then, that 3 days of straight Filipino Night involved a lot of walking, "running", laughing and just sweating in general. Yeah, I know. Pretty picture. HAHA.
3. Broke the rule on Sunday and had alcohol :( But I was really tired and it was the wrap up of FilNight/Emil's bday celebration. whoohoo!
4. Nutrition wise... had another 3 days of "cheat day." FAIL. On the other hand, my rice intake or cravings hasn't been that bad. Before I use to have hella rice on every meal... now, when the food just won't taste right without the rice.. I only put a little :) I'm pretty damn proud.
