1PM: turkey sandwich (2 whole wheat bread, mayo, 3 shaved turkey, 1 swiss cheese) & milk
5:15PM: salmon (lemon pepper with garlic & onion seasoning, squeezed in lemon, & pan fried with butter - turned out pretty good. HAHA), water, 1 string cheese
6:30-8:30PM: water
9:45PM: salad (romaine lettuce, O's Ceasar salad dressing, croutons, 2 boiled eggs & my salmon again.

FEELING:
I think I could've done with 15# but I think I psyched myself out. Then again, I had to watch out because my quads are still kind of hurting from yesterday's work out. My arms doesn't hurt THAT bad though, does that mean I SHOULD be doing heaver weights (15 or maybe 20?) or something... Or is nothing hurting to bad a sign I wasn't doing much work? Hmmm. Anyways, there was something about the sweat & running in the rain. LOL. I definitely need to stop smoking completely so I can run the full block without running out of breath or cramping. Bleh.
Nutrition wise, I wanted to do the IF again today but I was hungry after the work out. I think I'm starting to get back on my old habit of eating so little but gets full really easily... and eating much "healthier" food. It's still a working progress though.
