1345: 2 eggs (cooked in olive oil), 1 'Weight Watcher' yogurt

1530: 1 Starbucks' Double shot light

2030: 1 string cheese

2130: half a bowl of "Mongo Soup" (with beans, squash, fish), sm pieces of cat fish, handful of grapes

Deadlifts + "21"
deadlift 5-5-5
then "21"

Skills: Deadlifts

* Bar over laces
* Proper grip
* Push knees forward until shin makes contact
* Lift chest until back is straight
* Lift chest until legs, hips and chest are open!



FEELING:
Sweet! Beat my time from Day 16... but then again, I rested more on the first time. It still felt accomplished.
