GRFS: DAY 31

BW: 141.8 (with jeans + 2 shirts). I was at my doctor's and this is what their scale said.

SLEEP: 5 hours

NUTRITION:
0915: 2 eggs, 1 swiss cheese, 2 turkey deli slice, 1 mixed fruit cup, 1 cup of soy milk

1200: 1 luna bar (white choc. macadamia), water

1400: 1 chicken brest with olive oild, garlic, onion. red lettuce, croutons, ceasar salad dressing, water

1830: mixed nuts, water

2015: shrimp fried rice, honey walnut prawns, broccoli, swt & sour chicken w/o sauce, 1 lumpia, pansit, 1 martini. (Don't worry, I ate in moderation. It was more like "let me just have a piece" LOL. And, it was my bestfriend's birthday)

0115: couple of mixed nuts


W.O.D:

1 mile jog/walk @ Franklin track & field.

= 12:33


FEELING:
May's mom: "have you lost weight?" It felt nice. HEHE.
